Bin must be accessible

Customers should leave bins at the curb or agreed service location after normal trash pickup. Vehicles, gates, pets, or other obstacles should not block access.

Bins containing trash

If significant trash remains in a bin, cleaning may need to be skipped or rescheduled depending on route availability.

Garbage collection delays

If the garbage company is late or pickup is moved, Bayou Bin Clean may adjust that route when practical.

Weather

Severe weather, lightning, flooding, unsafe road conditions, or other conditions may require service to be delayed.

Existing damage and staining

Cleaning does not repair cracked bins, scratches, fading, permanent stains, wheel damage, or other pre-existing conditions.

Cancellations and changes

Final cancellation, rescheduling, billing, and subscription-change terms will be provided before paid recurring service begins.
