When you join the launch list or submit an inquiry, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, service address, ZIP code, neighborhood, garbage pickup day, number and type of bins, preferred plan, referral source, and communication preferences.
How we use it
We use submitted information to evaluate demand, plan service routes, contact you about launch availability, respond to inquiries, schedule service, and operate Bayou Bin Clean.
Text-message consent
If you voluntarily opt in to text messages, we may use your phone number for launch, scheduling, and service updates. Consent is not required to join the launch list. Message and data rates may apply.
Sharing
We do not sell customer contact information. Information may be processed by service providers used to host forms, communications, scheduling, or payments when those systems are implemented.
