We are currently in pre-launch and collecting neighborhood demand before opening our first routes.
Do I pay anything to join the launch list?
No. Joining the launch list is free and no payment is collected today.
When will my neighborhood be serviced?
Initial routes will depend on signup density, neighborhood location and local trash pickup schedules.
Do I need to be home?
No. Once your route is active, you generally only need to leave your empty bin accessible after trash pickup.
Do you clean recycling bins?
Yes. Multiple-bin service can include trash and recycling bins depending on route and bin type.
Do you offer one-time cleaning?
Yes. One-time cleaning is available, with pricing based on the number of bins.
Do you offer commercial service?
Commercial bin and dumpster cleaning is planned as an expansion service. You can request commercial service through the launch form.
